Capitol Burger (although ill always know them as Capitol Taco) is always a must for me to visit when im in Austin. My personal favorite is their Al Pastor taco, but whatever you order, its sure to be delicious! And the owners are super friendly!
Awesome Burger 🍔 and at a nice cozy spot!
Delicious Burger! We were contemplating on making burgers at home but decided to try out this place instead of making a mess at home… and it was WAY WORTH IT! Diablo burger was on point and so was the Chips & Queso! We will be BACK SOON!

Capitol Burger is a highly recommended restaurant known for its delicious and flavorful burgers. Customers praise the large, juicy burgers, such as the Diablo Burger, which is described as hot and packed with flavor. The burgers are often complemented by fresh, crispy fries that are seasoned perfectly. In addition to burgers, the restaurant offers other tasty options like tacos, which are surprisingly good—filled with fresh ingredients and generously portioned. The staff is friendly and provides top-tier customer service, making the experience enjoyable. Despite parking being a bit tricky, visitors find the food well worth the effort. Many customers travel from nearby areas, driven by positive recommendations and a desire to enjoy quality food. The smash burger is notably called the best on this side of the river, and the place is praised for its quick service. Overall, Capitol Burger is a favorite spot for both burgers and tacos, with a welcoming atmosphere and consistently good food. It has become a go-to destination for those seeking flavorful, satisfying meals in South Austin.
