“I will never go into this Popeye’s location ever again. Disgusting, dirty, horrible service inside. Most of the people in there were either on drugs or insane. Half the sodas were out, no lids. All they care about is the drive-thru, no desire to take care of things in the dining area. I tried to find some water to clean the mess & dried catsup off my table, but there was some homeless guy in the bathroom with his dog (yes, dog in the restaurant). So I tried to get water from the soda fountain, but water wasn’t dispensing. Line of people 10 deep, no one taking orders in front. People were getting rude and irritated. One guy got kinda hostile and mouthy. It took 30mins to get my order...and I had to ask them for it. My mashed potatoes were not warm, but the chicken sandwich was awesome.“

“So I drove to this location because my family got treated so bad at another location from a rude manager ☹️. (Thats another post) We walked in to this location on Montoplis and they were so nice and polite. Sabrina took my order and she was awesome. Liz the manager made sure we got fresh hot food. All of the employees were happy and working fast. No one was standing around. The food was a 10/10. I will always drive a little further to get great food and service. The ben white location needs to see how a real manager should treat customers. 👏 Thank yall to this staff it doesn't take alot to be kind and as a customer we do appreciate it. 😊“

“I stopped by for lunch and placed my order online 3 minutes before going inside the restaurant, it was ready as soon as I got there and the employees were nice and attentive. Overall great experience loved the food and how quick they were.

“We discovered this place by walking by at Mueller. What a gem!! The Peri Peri chicken was delicious and I love all the different sauces that you can put on it, as well as ordering your preferred spice level. We got the french fries, which were really tasty, the coleslaw, which was had a good tan flavor and the skin on mashed potatoes. All were excellent. The food guy here really fast and everyone was really friendly and helpful. You scan a code and order at your table or you can order at the cash register. We sat outside on a beautiful sunny fall day. It was perfect.“

Steven came around to the tables, introduced himself and checked on everyone’s satisfaction. He took the time to address each customer by name. “This was my first time visiting this establishment. I’m here for a college graduation from Atlanta. I must say, being a chef and a person that serves, the service was immaculate and the food was simply amazing. Service was fast, cashier was very courteous, friendly & patient. The order did not come out correctly, however, the gentleman that waited on us was very quick to correct the order. Wow! What an amazing staff that was behind the counter. Everyone that was behind the counter began to pitch in when the dining room began to fill. I didn’t see anyone in particular instruct the staff to do that. I noticed that saw a need and filled it. Great job & great food. Highly recommend! I will be returning when I come back to Austin.“

“Pollo Campero is inside a mini mart so the atmosphere is not the point. It's comfort food fried chicken and sides with a delicious flavor. Nice and crispy, great seasoning. Great for days when you want a comfort food meal at a good price.

I even caught him helping a homeless man get food🥰🥰 instead of saying they can’t give food away! That alone made me a forever customer!!
