We went here after doing a retro boat rental and it was in walking distance. We went on a Sunday so I wasn’t sure if we’d find seating as a walk in, we have 2 toddlers so I never know what to expect when we go to a restaurant with kids. Honestly, it was such a good experience. We went around 1:15pm and they kindly sat us a corner booth/table and service was quick! They were all friendly and helpful. My wife and I had a late breakfast here while in Austin on a short weekend getaway.It is a quaint little restaurant. It has a large patio area for more seating on nice days.The service was good and very attentive and accommodating to changes to an order.My wife got the American breakfast which is your basic breakfast items. BEST AVOCADO TOAST I've ever had.Nice and quick service. Salad on the side is BOMB and the avocado toast tasted like heaven. A must try if you go!They have a cute terrace to eat or you can go inside, when good weather is definitely recommended to eat outside! it's not busy at all and it feels great. ?
