Must try the food in town! Thank you so much Uncle Phan! You're the best! ❤ 🤠
The soymilk is honestly a great value. A small is not that small and comes in just over $2, while the large is huge for around $3. The drink itself has a light sweetness that does not overpower, which makes it really easy to enjoy. It feels refreshing and does not leave you with that heavy, sugary feeling you get from other sweet drinks. Simple, but done really well at an amazing price point. 8.5/10

Uncle Phan's Fresh Tofu Restaurant is a small hole-in-the-wall, mom-and-pop shop offering a variety of Vietnamese food. The soymilk is a great value, with a light sweetness that is refreshing. The fish cake is a solid snack with incredibly juicy filling. Customers love that they have authentic Vietnamese Bakery dishes, including a great Banh Uot dish and a vegan pho. The #12 Buon Cuon features thinly made noodles that pair well with the meat. The Viet coffee is very strong and perfect, and it is reasonably priced with cash. Other offerings include fresh fried tofu, sweetened or unsweetened soy milk, sesame balls, and fried bread. The food comes piping hot and tasty. Service is friendly and relatively quick, with a sweet mom who makes the experience warmer. There is plenty of parking since it is located in a strip plaza. While the place could be a bit cleaner, it is highly recommended for ordering noodle soup or steamed rice rolls.
