Birria was really good, but the elote was a massive miss. They use boiled white corn so it’s very mushy and the only favor comes from the cotija and squirt of sauce on top. It would benefit significantly from just yellow sweet corn or especially roasted sweet corn, but for what it is I’d just skip the elote and get the tacos/other food.
Absolutely delicious and fresh elote. My partner and I both ate our own small snack cup. Paired with a refreshing, juicy, kinda pulpy watermelon agua fresca that tastes like it came straight from a real watermelon. 🍉 Perfect afternoon snack, happy and eager to return!
