Best roast beef I’ve ever had in my entire life hands down no competition. All the food is incredibly fresh, it’s well made, they’ve nailed down sandwiches. The turkey is delicious, the cheese is so clean, the coleslaw is fresh, the roast beef is phenomenal. They also have around 8-9 IPA’s and lots of searing for a wide range of party sizes. They also have two pool tables to play on, and dart boards. Also shuffleboard. Definitely bringing people here 200%
Stopped in on my way home from San Antonio on Christmas night. As one of the only places open, I made a great decision.Hallie was my server and she did a wonderful job. She was very friendly and kept checking to make sure I was ok.Ordered the wings and they were good. Ordered a burger to-go for my roommate who hadn’t had dinner yet. This bar is amazing. The atmosphere during Lion’s games is unmatched in the entire state of Texas. The food is amazing, tons of seating, the staff are friendly and expedient. Thise who would utter a bad word about haymaker are fundamentally dishonest, and in my opinion deserve prison time. Great beers on tap and pitchers and buckets are reasonably priced. Go Lions.
