GREAT sandwiches! Friendly atmosphere, terrific customer service, clean and prices can't be beat.
The menu is designed for everyone...From kids and vegetarians to the adventurous with the Underground Menu. And the fresh baked cookies!!! You MUST try them.

The Sandwich’s were Great and the atmosphere was nice.
I don’t have any complaints about the service, but unfortunately, I received the wrong sandwich. This was my first time ordering a sandwich from here.

Potbelly offers many ways to build an amazing sandwich with very fresh breads. Popular choices include the Barnyard sandwich from the secret or underground menu found inside the Potbelly app, the pizza melt sandwich, the wreck, and the AvoTurkey sandwich. The meats and cheeses are delicious, and the house picked peppers are very good and very spicy. They also have delicious shakes, Zapp's brand potato chips, and plenty of cold beverage options. The restaurant is clean with polite staff and plenty of parking, plus good shopping nearby. However, some customers report issues with the restaurant order system being down for over a month, causing online orders through Uber Eats or DoorDash to be canceled. Others mention waiting five minutes or more for an employee to hand them their online order, letting the sandwich get cold. Despite these issues, the manager and team are praised for handling last-minute catering orders for large groups with excellent customer service. The menu can be a little complicated, so looking online ahead of time is recommended for first-time visitors. Overall, Potbelly provides good value and tasty sandwiches.
