“Came here from a friendly recommendation from those that like food and i was beyond surprised at how much i enjoyed this place...
I had the spicy mosso Ramen, my child had the chicken paitan, and my wife had the chicken karaga bowl.
Everything here was near prefect. The food was fresh with a good presentation. The flavor blends were great. I gawked a little at thy no substitutions note but can see why now.
I normally am very hit or miss on miso broths but this raised the bar.
Service was great and the patio seating was nice.
We will most certainly come back even with a sizeable drive.“

“Only next level Japanese dining enthusiasts would be able to immediately recognize that they have chosen well. If you are lucky enough to discover the Happy Hour menu then you’ve hit the jackpot. Do yourself a favor and go because ain’t nobody have dry aged fish! What?!? Yes this separates Lucky Robot from the rest of the Japanese places in Austin. Put it on the bucket list folks!“

“Little shop doing its thing. Had the pork bowl with an egg and kimchi. Al of it was cooked well and tasteful. I personally feel that the atmosphere outside is the soul of the place. Catch an outdoor concert and chill with friends. The traffic on Guadalupe is hardly heard and it feels like you found a hidden corner of Austin even if it’s right outside of a major university.Deduction of a star just because it would be nice to have the tables outside cleaned up. Maybe it’s a shared space? However, it’s part of their little area.Great place to check out!“

“This was a good place! We ordered the chicken karaage, sho-yu tonkotsu, and the mi-so-not. Our order came out about 10 seconds after we put it in. Somehow, in that time, borne the chasu in the sho-yu and the karaage were overcooked, the noodles and the broth of both noodle dishes were excellent. The sauce the karaage came with was pretty good too. The restroom was cool too. It looked like something out of a Japanese horror film in a good way. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.“

“I had the tonkatsu ramen with chashu pork. They have the option to where you can pair up your choice of broth and choice of protein, that's pretty cool. It was very filling and I left with a full belly. I didn't notice the bowl was chipped until halfway through the meal, they should probably get rid of it.
It was my first time trying sashimi and it was really tasty!“

“I love sushi hi, I’ve been getting sushi each visit but this time I tried the udon noodles and they were superb. Love the garlic edamame as well! Affordable rolls and interesting options I’ve never had. I like the pickles ingredients for sushi rolls as well.“

“I am unsure why this place isn't super busy. The people are so nice and the place is owned by the same people that own fat Dragon Chinese. The food is really good, pretty good quality for really reasonable pricing and really cute decorations ♡ my husband and I came here for a date night and the food was yummy .“

“My friend and I are from out of town and did not expect it to be amazing. The broth was so flavorful and the toppings complimented the broth very well. The pork chasu was well cooked and wasn't overpowering. Highly recommend this place. I only wish this restaurant was at my hometown.“

“I wasn't sure I was at the right place when we walked in. This location is inside a small market and there was no one else in the store. However the ramen was delicious. We went for lunch and had the Sapporo ramen. Very very good. Service was good. Don't be fooled by the area and the spot.“

“Certain dishes were just incredible - the miso soup, the poke bowls, crab rangoon, and the mushroom salad. The sweet and sour chicken was however very dry, no sauce at all. Mixed feelings overall, but this place definitely feels authentic and has a lot to offer.“

“Delicious ramen with deeply flavored broth and lots of great add ins. Large sitting area, you order then sit at the numbered table they tell you to sit at and they bring your food. It seemed a little confusing for the person delivering the food, it didnt seem like your table number got tied to your food so she wandered around asking every table if they ordered this ramen. Our order either ended up with some other table or got missed but when it was brought to their attention they made our order quickly and were very apologetic. The food is great they may just need to work out some glitches in the food delivery. First time at this location we've been to the one off Congress a few times. Same great food.“
