“Only next level Japanese dining enthusiasts would be able to immediately recognize that they have chosen well. If you are lucky enough to discover the Happy Hour menu then you’ve hit the jackpot. Do yourself a favor and go because ain’t nobody have dry aged fish! What?!? Yes this separates Lucky Robot from the rest of the Japanese places in Austin. Put it on the bucket list folks!“

“I love the Ilha Formosa Taiwanese popup on the weekends. The lunchbox, sesame noodles, beef noodle soup, and winter melon tea were delicious! I prefer my sesame noodles cold in typical Taiwanese style with julienned carrot, cucumber, and egg, but they serve it warm, so pro tip to order that item to go and add your own fixings at home. Also request to add mustard greens to all dishes. I wish the popup were available weekdays too! Very nostalgic items, and will definitely become a staple. My only suggestion is to add more lighting, as it’s a bit dark if you dine in. For now, just order your items to go.“

“FANTASTIC FOOD. First time and not the last. We are putting this restaurant in our rotation. Leslie, our server, was so helpful in helping us choose the perfect dinner. This blows any Pho restaurant in Austin away. Highly recommend the #4. Mi-So-Hot with the Yuzu bomb, only if you like it a little spicy. Great environment and the staff is super attentive. Leslie made our evening Special. ❤️❤️❤️“
