Taqueria Guadalajara is a perfect place for breakfast, with delicious eggs and nopal tacos. The place is always nice and clean with very friendly personal. It is one of the best tacos in Texas. The Barbacoa tacos were amazing, with great sauce, flavor of the meat, and flavor of the tortilla for $6.77. The BEST CHEESE ENCHILADAS IN AUSTIN offer real Mexican food, with refried smashed beans and Mex rice perfected. The grilled fish tacos are supreme. The enchilada plate and enchiladas were really good, even without cheese sauce. The chile relleno was fresh, hot, and stuffed with real chicken. The green sauce was perfect with just the right amount of spice. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious. Good service and cold beer make the trip worth every bite. It is a new favorite restaurant in Austin, a delicious and affordable surprise.
