Taqueria Mi Tierra

I write this review with sadness in my heart. Sadness because I just walked into my backyard, peeked over the fence, and saw that Taqueria Mi Tierra was not open. 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday, and I can't get the best Migas breakfast taco I've ever consumed. This taco truck permanently resides in a combination laundromat/liquor store/gas station. We don't have combination laundromat/liquor store/gas stations in California. "Keep Austin weird" or whatever, but it works. I ordered off the menu, asking for a burrito with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato. Not gonna lie - it sort of sucked. Was cold and pretty bland. We just stopped here because it was on the way to I-35 and we were running late. It was about 10:30 on Saturday and no one else was there ordering or anything. I was a little disappointed that they had no burritos...out of tortillas I guess but that seems like a simple enough thing to keep in stock. I got 2 ham, potato & cheese soft tacos...for whatever reason my boyfriend ordered 2 with flour and 2 with corn tortillas so I had one of each. They were the deeeelicious!
