“Slovaceks has decent baked goods. Sausage is good. Beware of brisket (ask for it to be trimmed well of fat). Good selection of highway rest stop commercial items of many types. Good place to stop before hitting the Waco area if you are Southbound on I-35.“
“I go to the Filling Station almost everyday. The food is beyond superb. Service is excellent. I always eat their daily special. Chicken spaghetti 👌they recently started to doing salmon patties 👌“

“3 of us rode down today from the DFW area to find that they lived up to their reputation. Great BBQ with just the right amount of marbling, service was prompt, cheerful and attentive. Then they set us up on a private pistol plinking range behind some giant tires. The Marton family that runs it is very friendly and lives the story of the American dream. What a great day!!!“
