“Today while pet client visits in Azle, I stopped by Taco Casa (Azle) for a quick lunch. Having spent most of my life in the food service industry, I truly appreciate a well-run operation—and the team at the Azle Taco Casa delivered in every way.

The cashier greeted each customer with a smile and friendly conversation, as if they were lifelong friends. The lady handing out orders wished everyone a great day. The whole place radiated warmth, efficiency, and a genuine sense of community.

Community is what Azle is all about, and this “fast food” experience turned out to be a masterclass in both operations and hometown hospitality.“

“Took our family today for the first time to Tavern on the Lake. Service was prompt, establishment was clean. Server was great with the small kiddos we had with us. Fried pickles were the best. Fried just right and not greasy. Batterred chicken strips were fresh and hot. Sweet tea is absolutely amazing. I’ve read several reviews on this place. I could see with a smaller kitchen how times could take long. Super simple. If it’s packed and you don’t have time to wait, hit up somewhere else. Overall we had an excellent experience and will be back. Support local! Disclaimer- I’m not saying this place never makes mistakes. “We stopped in for a quick bite and were greeted right away, which was a great start. Our server was on point and friendly, efficient, and quick with our drinks and food order. My husband wasn't thrilled with his meal. He said the fries were cold and a bit stale, and the shrimp tasted like it had been previously frozen and was rubbery. The fish, however, was decent and cooked well. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed my Shroom burger with a vegan patty. The bun was soft and delicious. Everything came out promptly, and overall, I thought it was a solid experience. Even though my husband's meal wasn't good to him, we both agreed it's worth him giving another shot. And honestly, I'll be back... with or without him! I love water so being on the lake was nice. And the interior definitely feels like a a restaurant ups find on any lake. Love it.“

“I love Boo-Ray’s But.!!!! My 3lbs of the smallest crawfish i’ve ever seen or had . 🦞 unbelievable $36.00 $12.00 a pound is unbelievable They were so small they were over cooked. I will say they had great taste. but if I was if I wae the owners. I wouldn’t be serving this small crawfish and pissing customers off.“
