“This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is absolutely superb and don’t get me started on the McGriddle. The water clenched my thirst with such elegance it was devine. The atmosphere was exactly what I needed with friendly people and employees. Kudos to the manager for running such a wonderful restaurant. To be honest I would take the hour drive in an instant just to ensure I get the pleasure to come back here. There is even a sign that does not condone violence and that is something you don’t always see in places like this. Glad to know I’m safe around these parts. God bless you McDonald’s“

“This was my first time here. My high schooler loves it so I gave it a shot. The kid working the register was great. Told me his favorite two things so I went with the box combo. The tenders were hot and fresh. Fries hot and fresh. The bread perfect. Even the cole slaw was great. Three disco balls in the dining room! Great tunes while we were there. $12 per person or so. Will return.“

“Slightly better than the standard chain burgers stores especially since the buns were a bit too sugary tasting and the single patties are way to thin as was the old cheese and much to "pricey" over $ 107.00 for a family of four. On the positive side, the fries were fresh and plentiful. What we learned Whataburger or Miller's Cafe would have been a waaaaay better for the money and food@ 1/3 the price.“

“I don’t buy for myself here, but often order for my DooDash clients. They are fast, and from the amount I buy here for my clients, this is great quality food, and drinks with their highly requested Cane’s ice for their drinks. I don’t believe they have vegan, perhaps vegetarian menus here. Just the market share they chose. Not my kind of food I love to eat, though. And I’m okay with that.“

“So I use the mobile drive thru so I can quickly get through the line right? But then now they start serving regular drive through customers all the way back to where last car is standing. So now mobile drive thru is not so fast as it used to be which defeats the purpose. So can't just get food quick before running to a meeting. Speed is now same with regular and mobile drive thru.

Overall otherwise this is chic fil a and they have great food. I always get the chicken noodle soup and it's great.“

“Yesterday I had came with a friend and ordered the pimento chicken sandwich, only to find out when I got home that it was a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I returned the next day and let the manager on duty know of the issue and they managed to fix it promptly and professionally, making sure my chicken sandwich was fresh and served with a smile. The pimento chicken sandwich is the main reason why I come to chick fil a and today will be my last hora due to my new dietary restrictions as I transition to vegetarian. and even though it was a small gesture of service recovery, it really meant a lot. I didn’t catch her name but she was a very pretty older lady with beautiful silver hair and kind eyes and once again I would just like to say thank you <3“

“Food was delicious, the Manger only offers freshly made food,he'll tell you from the get go it will be at least 10 mins.....Managers name is Daniel,he was very attentive and friendly ,he offered us a free sample of macaroni and we ended up buying a family size macaroni, the gentleman definitely doesn't treat his business like a fast food restaurant, he goes above and beyond in every aspect....The cashier that took care of us is named Jocelyn, also very attentive and friendly.....food was super crispy and hot. We'll definitely return“

“For as much people hate on fast food, there is a reason for it. I go on walks every day, and whether it's getting a breakfast sandwich, or a chicken sandwich. Sometimes just a drink or when it's really hot outside, getting an ice water and somewhere to sit so I don't get a heat stroke. This is the nicest (Not just cleanliness) atmosphere you will ever find. The staff care about their guest. They check on you. Ask if you need anything. The food is always hot. Always timely. I enjoy stopping here on my walks, again even if it's just for a soda and to sit for a moment. I always feel welcome. I recommend this location to any and everyone, even if your just thirsty for something to drink. Even have a TV.

“It was hot, kinda like a habanero on fire in lava in a desert kinda hot day. I saw Wendys. I knee what I needed. I told the box that i needed a large Frosty. The girl voice in the box asked if i wanted strawberry or chocolate. I love Wendys! I chose and drove up and the nicest beautiful young lady took my card and handed it and a receipt back. Then proceeds to hand me a soft drink. I tell her that isnt mine, i only ordered a frosty. I look at the receipt. I was charged $13. They charged me for the guy behind me's order. They refunded me cash, gave me my frosty, and i left before the yelling began. Poor girl“

“I hardly ever have a problem with this location (and my kids eat here frequently😳), so I’ll still recommend them, but tonight my son went through the drive thru and when he got home, the order was wrong. I called the only phone number I could find for them (the one on their website) and it’s disconnected. If they could update the website/app with the correct number that’d be great. ☺️“

The manager, or I believe he was the manager, Michael was extremely polite and the staff took really good care of me from ordering to serving my food. I will be back!“

“I need to be sure that I State this correctly and I wish that Google would give the address that I am writing because I go to many places. If this is the one on Palmer Highway it is the one I am reviewing. They are the best in the area the only one that may be a little better is the one in Kemah the one in Kemah is almost like a Gathering Place for everybody that wants a meal and to chat in the parking lot the one in Texas City Palmer Highway has an excellent and friendly staff. The one in Lamarque I would not call a fast food restaurant we once elected not to eat at the La Marque location because the line was so long and unmoving. We drove to Texas City got our food and drove past the one in the park again and it didn't look like the lion had moved more than two cars.“

“I love the beef crunchy tacos, I tried some of the new items, but I didn't like the chicken enchilada burrito. It's a rice and enchilada sauce burrito with a tiny bit of chicken. The loaded nachos were pretty good for the price. The sauce I'm not sure about, but I think I prefer nachos bell grande instead.“

“Just seems like Whataburger has changed...and not for the better. I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It took forever to get the order out. They kept saying it was taking a long while to grill the chicken?? Maybe I'd have to eat a crazy greasy burger to appreciate the Whataburger experience.“

“On this particular visit the pizza hit the spot! We were in town for the weekend and my daughter requested pizza so we wanted to go somewhere we could order and sit down to eat. The restaurant was clean. They were out of napkins but they kindly got me some. Would definitely be back if we are ever back in the area. “Fulun and Steph I think were the only people running the place during the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. When we walked in there was a rather long line and surprisingly didn’t wait that long given the circumstances. Both Steph and Fulun were jumping around, tackling the register, dishing up for customers, making and preparing food, answering phone calls and redirecting drive thru folks to come into the store all with a great fantastic composure. I’ve worked in restaurant environments before and understand how stressful it can be, especially when half the town is out looking for food to eat. I applaud both of them for working the way they did, they absolutely killed it.“

I initially thought he was a manager, but he mentioned he’s actually a trainer. “I ordered online for delivery and was missing a few items and a couple items were incorrect. I called and spoke with the manager and he told me to come up there and he would fix it all. I drove up there and got the missing items and they remade the items that were wrong. Excellent customer service. Everyone was really nice. 1 item I messed up myself when ordering and the manager still fixed it for me. I love this Taco Bell and wanted to give them a good review for all their great customer service.“

Unfortunately the one closest to me in Texas City never fails to not have my order ready on time and usually it’s because they didn’t make one of the two pizzas we ordered. It’s two pizzas??? It’s just frustrating to have one cold pizza and one hot pizza but the time I get home. It seems to be an issue with online orders. They do not seem to care one bit. Anyways, I can still enjoy MOD near my workplace I guess.“
