We really liked that booth location as it was semi private, good day time lighting and just cozy (even though the whole restaurant has a nice vibe regardless of where u sit). We always enjoyed the pleasant service at Truluck's and this time our server Mickie was just as wonderful as our previous experience at Southlake. The food was wonderful, and our waiter Jose did an excellent job checking on us but not becoming annoying by constantly asking if we needed anything. We sat near the bar which was a tad noisy, but the booth we were seated in was uncomfortable and better suited for larger people b/c the table is too far away from the seats. And our table had an uneven wood surface as we cut into our food. Lastly, the $2.50 discount for Police/Fire/Vets should be a little more ... say 15%. Otherwise, it was an outstanding dining experience.“
