Great new location. Fast friendly staff, wait at dinner on a Friday was only 20 minutes.
Awesome
Bastrop Chuy's is so amazing! I thought I was in Austin for a sec. Waitress was on top of it. Gave me and date a drink to good. Food was served fast and delish! So glad Chuy's is here!!!

Bastrop Chuy's is amazing. The food and service are excellent. The chips and salsa are fresh and delicious. The queso is quite tasty. The BoomBoom green chile chicken enchiladas are so good. The taco combo plate is a perfect size lunch. The food is served fast and delish. The wait staff is very well groomed and kept glasses full. The staff is wonderful, and a manager was so accommodating. The food is spicy, like real Tex-Mex is supposed to be. It is a great value for tacos, burritos and enchiladas. The weekday happy hour stops at 6pm. Many Bastrop folks fill this place up, so it can be louder than usual. Overall, it is great service.
