If you want a smile on your face in the mornings or any other time, go eat at her trailer. Clean place and the best darn Big tacos too, not skimpy like a lot of the other trailers . 1441 and Green Valley on the corner. We’ve eaten there many times, she also makes tortillas .

Today August 8, 2026 was my first time eating at this eatery. My breakfast tacos were piping hot. So much so, my wife made it home with groceries 5 minutes after I got home. I put everything in the oven, 30 minutes later, no warming needed.
I had smoked sausage on one taco and bacon on the other with potatoes and egg on each. My neighbor was correct, 1 was plenty. If you want to make a meal for 2 days or you plan to share get 2.
