I’ve lived in Bastrop for 2 years now and am disappointed that I’m barely discovering this place. The Gordita did not disappoint!! The meat was tender, juicy, and delicious! My wife enjoyed her street tacos, the Al pastor was her favorite! But it was the quesabirria that stole the show! The dipping juice was so flavorful and they gave us plenty of it!
