We came for breakfast tacos and they were amazing. The salsa was so good, we tried both and they knocked it out of the park. We tried a few different kinds and none of them disappointed. Can't recommend them enough.
First, they make corn tortillas from scratch. Second, this is by far the tacos one Bastrop. Third, please see second because most places in Bastrop fall miles short of Yoli's. I come a full generation of eating tacos through San Antonio. Which is the taco Mecca of the world. So, when I say Yoli's is the best in Bastrop, you can count on a good review. The tacos I had this morning were not as good as the ones I've eaten in the past. I ordered ground beef, bean, and cheese. The taco barely had any beans or ground beef. The potatoes were undercooked, and the red salsa was watery .
