“I came here 08/12/25 , and totally forgot to write a review on how great Bryan was ! I didn’t remember until I was thinking about going back because of how sweet he was to customers.

I haven’t stepped foot into a cicis pizza for a whole decade. Im 22 now & my boyfriend and I decided to bring our nieces to give them the same nostalgia we had growing up. Bryan made sure to make us feel welcomed from the moment we walked into the establishment and throughout. Offering us help when we needed and checking in on us to make sure everything is okay.

It is so rare now-a days to run into employees who are super down to earth and treat guests as family.
Bryan, I hope your hard work doesn’t go unrecognized! He needs a promotion for sure.

“Placed a mobile order and as I was coming to pick it up, my blood sugar randomly bottomed out! Got here and my pizza wasn’t out of the oven yet but the manager noticed something was wrong and asked if I was okay! When I told him, he told me to take a cake and go sit down. I tried to pay for it and he wouldn’t let me. And as usual, the food is the bomb! My pizza wasn’t perfect!“

“I usually order from Domino's but tonight tried Pizza Hut. It was HORRIBLE. So I left a negative review. I thought about it, and asked myself why I have not supported Dominos on review - since they are the place I order from the most. “I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, they're worth the drive. Hope y'all enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“

“THIS PLACE KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered lunch for an entire office of people - 17 pizzas - to be delivered the following day. The website reloaded as I was trying to place my order, and I failed to check and make sure that the delivery date & time was what I intended it to be. Embarrassingly, the delivery date & time reset to ASAP, and Chris showed up at my office 45 minutes later with 17 pizzas that I didn't need until...the next day. He was incredible. He was apologetic about the website, understanding of the mistake, and in general extremely cool. I called around and found a local school to donate the pizzas to and he even delivered them there for me. ON TOP OF THAT - This Pizza Hut remade all 17 pizzas NO CHARGE for the day that I intended. Every single person I interacted with during this situation was kind, understanding, and even though, technically, I made the error, they made it right. I am so grateful to them, it is so refreshing to have an absolutely 5-star customer service experience. Great job, and thank you!!“

“This location is similar to all others. However; after our order is delivered today, we are very likely not going to patronize further. The last time we had an issue with a delivery driver having no change despite the fact that they are obligated to. Today, the app advised that we can longer order and pay in cash unless the order is less than $30 which is ridiculous. Forcing customers into a specific payment type or limiting what can otherwise be ordered will ensure that this household goes elsewhere.“
