Starbucks in Baytown

“I frequent this Starbucks location because it’s on my way out to work. My order and service is usually fast and precise, today however no do much. It was awhile before someone came to help me . Everyone just kept walking by saying they’ll be with me in a minute. The manager came over to take my order he’s always so nice and remembers my name . I always order the exact same thing a venti brown sugar shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam . This drink is $8.88 the woman that made it the first time only put the amount of a grande and the foam looked gross . When I mentioned it she stated that she could add milk . I asked her could she remake it because the ratios were off and I could tell . She must’ve gotten offended because when she remade it she didn’t put any flavoring . She don’t add brown sugar or the salted caramel syrup. And when I checked the bottom of the cup for brown sugar I just see coffee grind . I’m disgusted and disappointed. The manager was so nice as usual when I called in he said he’d take care of me on my next run. I’m going to add photos of how my drink is supposed to look vs what I got today . Now I’m stuck drink espresso and milk .“

“Very friendly and customer centered. If there is an issue and you address respectfully there are never any issues because people are human and errors do occur. But even then I've always been treated with respect and any issues have immediately been resolved and with still grand service.“

“I’ve been going to the Starbucks in Kroger for the longest and every-time I always get GREAT service . It shows a lot on days that are special to you when they take the time to write Happy Birthday on your drink . Keep up the exceptional service see y’all soon . lol“

“Hi to all you starbucks fans out there. I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the community about the Stars here. This is a five star strarbucks. Thanks to people like Anna (pictured) and Christina and Valerie. It's such an awesome experience coming into this Starbucks. I would recommend to people even in Houston. For Baytown we treat it like a small city big town with a closeness and intimacy in town. But for Starbucks they take the down home feel to a hollywood Oscar type ambiance. The coffee is always good and the people are so friendly that I tend to forget I'm paying over 8 dollars for my iced coffee with espresso. And that's spelled with two S's. Not once has anyone here tried to expresso my drink except the one that is the nicest to me. And I'll keep her anonymous. I want to help her have a great future no matter what. Thanks again Ladies. Btw if you want to make me cry offer siren blend but make sure it's all ladies working and I promise I'll fall apart if you like to see an old man cry.
