Starbucks in Texas City

“This is the best go to stop when enjoying a great day at the mall! The staff is so friendly and attentive, they always make it a great experience coming in. The food and drinks are amazing as always! Such an awesome spot to stop by and enjoy a bite to eat/great drink/excellent service.“

“I had a great experience at Starbucks honestly some of the quickest service I’ve ever had. The line moved fast, and everything felt really organized. Jimmy was at the window helping me, and he made the whole experience even better. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was exactly right. What I really love about this location is how fast they are I feel like I can always squeeze a coffee in before work without worrying about being late. It’s always nice when someone goes out of their way to keep things running smoothly while still being personable. Definitely one of the best Starbucks visits I’ve had.“

“Kiddos to the shift leader and employee that dealt with a disgruntled clown today. Everyone in store seemed content at their tables and with their orders. My daughter and I came in (because she’s meeting a bible study group there), and we take a seat near the disgruntled clown. We may have been sitting 8 minutes before he gets up, goes to the counter, and starts having a fit inquiring about his online order. The young man he approached first had no clue this man had an order he was actively waiting on, but apologized and tried to jump right on it. Rather than be satisfied that he was being attended to, he continued his fit demanding to speak with a manager…”this is ridiculous! I never have to wait this long when I go the Galleria….I have kids in the car…..blah blah blah….”. The young lady that he had part 2 of his venting with made it clear when he kept demanding for a manager that she isn’t a manager, but a lead. She offered to personally make his order and throw in a gift card…this man still wasn’t satisfied and wanted to keep pitching a fit wanting to know how he was going to be compensated (he made me so mad…why didn’t he get up earlier and ask if they had received a mobile order, that’s not hard. Also, it’s not the employees’ fault he left his kids in the car with it being 89 degree. He could have used the freaking drive-thru to not leave his kids unattended in the Texas heat). Wrapping up this ridiculous story, again, the employees handled themselves very well, professional. I have ALWAYS had great service, drinks, and ham and cheese croissants here. As the man stepped out to check on his kids, I reassured them they handled things well, he’s the jerk for not being a communicative adult, and a joke for leaving his kids in a car when there is clearly a drive-thru.“
