“I always come to the Starbucks. I never have a bad experience here but today I ordered a pink drink and a coffee first Becca tried to up, charge me on the pink drink for something I didn’t ask for and when I called it out then she removed it and didn’t say much. I then went to the window to wait for my order and while I was waiting she was just super short with me and was standing there with my drink without saying anything to me, which kind of weirded me out to be honest. five stars to the Starbucks and the experiences I’ve had in the past, but this instance I give this a one star.“
“I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.“
