“Made coffee and filled my water jug at home and ended up forgetting it before leaving 😑… I was trying to proceed with the day without it but had to make a Starbucks stop. As soon as the door opened I was greeted with an energetic warm welcome by one of the ladies, the energy was the same from the lady who assisted at the register, and then as I was heading out all of the ladies behind the counter energetically said good bye, hoping I enjoyed my coffee and wishing me a great day. I always appreciate positive energy especially when visiting an establishment.

“Nothing makes me happier than to see staff that seem cared for and a mgmt that is on top of it! Had a simple mistake on my order and it was handled with elegance and care! Didn't even give me a chance to feel like a burden for pointing it out.
