“left the drive-thru about twenty minutes ago with the absolute BEST drink ever. i went with my usual — a grande iced matcha latte with oat milk, horchata cold foam, a pump of brown sugar syrup, two pumps of horchata syrup, and cinnamon powder. and let me just say… whoever made my drink today put their everything into it. not a single clump of powder at the bottom. smooth, creamy, perfectly mixed. kudos to whoever was on bar at that time because babbbyyyy“
“Popped in yesterday am for a quick coffee not knowing it was holiday drop day, they were slammed!! I didn’t prepare for the wait and had to leave without my coffee, totally MY FAULT. When I finally was able to go back they hooked me up with a refund, a gift card and my coffees I originally ordered. Above and beyond when it was my fault. The employees here are super attentive and super friendly. 10/10 they went all the way out of their way to make my day better and that was amazing and appreciated.“

“I have never liked Starbucks and I still don’t. However, I had to pick up an order for my fiance and her family and the atmosphere inside was pretty nice. They got drinks out quick and the staff was welcoming and nice. Overall it was a good experience.“
“Been in a lot of Starbucks by far the best. 10 out of a 10. Greeted with smiles top notch customer service alone was worth the trip. Double this crews salary they are priceless! You are missing an opportunity not using this crew to put on training for other stores.“
