I was having a really down-and-out, annoying day where things just weren't working, and I wanted to treat myself. I
was off a few cents in the Starbucks app, and the register was having some issues. The kindest person behind the counter said they'd pay the cents!🥹 I shook their hand and asked them their name (Elsa) and thanked them because of their patience with me and the register. They even gave me a free coffee, which was so generous ❤️. I'm definitely coming back!“

“left the drive-thru about twenty minutes ago with the absolute BEST drink ever. i went with my usual — a grande iced matcha latte with oat milk, horchata cold foam, a pump of brown sugar syrup, two pumps of horchata syrup, and cinnamon powder. and let me just say… whoever made my drink today put their everything into it. not a single clump of powder at the bottom. smooth, creamy, perfectly mixed. kudos to whoever was on bar at that time because babbbyyyy“

“I asked the manager for a large cup of ice she made it for me without any hesitantation and didn't even charge me I tip my hat to you Mam for the kind gesture. As far as the coffee goes I have no idea I drink community coffee exclusively but hey if you want to pay that much for caffeine go bananas“
“Been in a lot of Starbucks by far the best. 10 out of a 10. Greeted with smiles top notch customer service alone was worth the trip. Double this crews salary they are priceless! You are missing an opportunity not using this crew to put on training for other stores.“
