Food has gone down, I never know if it's going to be fresh or not, but customer service is great.
Brit who told my order was very very patient with me and helped me decide on what plate! She was such a joy and even let me sample the different refreshers before deciding on which on. She was amazing I haven’t experienced customer service like this at a fast food restaurant before 10/10
I love Panda Express and was eager to try their new hot orange chicken menu item. Medium sized a la carte was already small as it was for $8 but to also come home and open it up to being 1/3rd full was just another slap in the face. This was my first time ordering from this location and my last. I will stick to my further but preferred location. Very disappointing and borderline disgusting, honestly.
