“We LOVE Hokkaido! We especially enjoy it when we are under the weather. (Like a lot of us are right now). We find it is warm and satisfying. A couple of observations that may be worth taking note of: 1. Online ordering is hit and miss. The hours on the ordering website (chowbus) aren’t accurate and sometimes the add-ons or subtractions aren’t taken into account. 2. I noticed that some staff members park in the front. This wouldn’t concern me so much if it wasn’t for the handicapped patrons. Maybe I am missing something? Anyhoo, all in all, it is a great atmosphere and the food is absolutely delicious, and frankly, that’s why we go.“

“What a wonderful surprise! Don’t let the neighborhood keep you away. I had the gyro plate and the meat was so tender I cut it with my plastic fork…like butter. It was delicious. The hummus was great as well as the chicken kabob. I especially loved that it is family owned and run. A very special place. We will be back.“

We stopped by the restaurant to see if it was still in the outdoor eating area…nope. Luckily, ran into the contractor doing some work…he called the owner, the owner confirmed it was in the office safe. After hearing I needed to make the AM flight to DFW for connection to home, he dispatched an employee to go in on a planned closed day to get my wallet. This kindness allowed me to make my flight…what he didn’t know is this act of kindness was critical because I had a new job in-person interview scheduled for the next day. Forever grateful. THAT is customer service. Thank you so much! Tells a lot about the culture and dedication to customers. Keep up the awesome work…I will be back. Promise to keep better accountability of my wallet!“

I got the Avocado bacon scramble, it was a hearty dish, I couldn't eat it all at about 90% of it. Husband got Ham Bacon and Cheese Skillet with hash browns; he ate about 90% of it; got too full. My mother got another skillet and was pleased with the taste of everything. My friend and her mother got Avocado Mash and the other got a pancake with an egg.
