Food & drinks: The dining room is only open for breakfast and lunch but it is the best home style food around. And OMG if there is turnip greens on the buffet get them. It is made just like my grandma used to make. Made me very nostalgic.“

“This is an old place and we had just had a torrential downpour. There were leaks in the ceiling, but buckets were put down to contain them and the food was moved from the dining room to the kitchen. The staff was gracious and welcoming, inviting us to take seconds. Their desserts are amazing and everything is homemade and delicious. I had chicken fried steak with white gravy, mashed potatoes l, green beans and peach cobbler!“
