Let me tell you, Rosati’s did not disappoint. This was one of the top 5 deep dish pizzas I have ever had. It takes 45 minutes to cook so call ahead, that’s how you know it should be the real deal. I picked my baby up just as she finished cooking. I could see her slowly rolling out of the oven. She went in the box fresh and was too hot for me to eat in the store. There were only two garden tables in the restaurant so you’re not going to do much dinning in. This is definitely a to go or deliver joint. Limited seating aside, this pie is worth the wait/planning ahead. I couldn’t wait to get home. I knew she had cooled off enough to eat. Her aroma had filled the cabin and I couldn’t resist. I pulled into a secluded parking lot and slowly opened her box. She was hot and ready. She had a thin, crispy, flakey, buttery yet sturdy crust. A staple of an authentic deep dish. The layer of mozzarella at the bottom was warm and stringy as I pulled my slice away from the rest of the perfectly cut pizza. The layered toppings covered in Rosati’s marina were too eye appealing and tasted like heaven. Picture perfect. I can’t wait to go back.“

“First time visit for my wife and I over lunch. Fantastic! My wife got the Nashville Chicken Sandwich combo with fries. I got wings with House Sauce and fries and we split an order of pickle chips. Wife loved the sandwich. Wings were well above average meat amount per wing and tasty. My wife is a pickle chip connoisseur and these were hands down her favorite of ALL TIME. Thicker chips than most places too. Most pickle chips end up soggy through the batter and fry process. These were the rare ones that stayed crisp and full of batter through the meal. Seasoning on fries was not to my taste but my wife loved them and took my extras. I'll just ask for plain next time as they otherwise were very thick crinkle fries and looked good. Highly recommend. “Ended up getting the creamy crab eggrolls, viet spice wings, and classic fried rice. My jaw DROPPED. The crab eggrolls were phenomenal all around and was a great mix with the sweet/sour chili sauce. The fried rice was pretty good and the viet spice wings are definitely a must try! Only thing I noticed is that it is pretty greasy, so I just had to dab it with a paper towel. “After seeing other reviews and recommendations for the fried fish, we had to give this place a try. It's a typical counter service style restaurant. I ordered the 2 piece fish combo. The fish was fried fresh and steaming hot when served. Crinkle cut fries were crispy, fresh and had some incredible seasoning on sprinkled on top. They make their own tarter sauce too. It's Ike no other and almost addictive. Now back to the fish. The combo came with 2 large filets. They were fried perfectly. Crispy and golden on the outside and fully cooked but not overly done on the inside. Fish was seasoned well and tasted great! They forgot to put hushpuppies on out plates. No big deal because we still had plenty of food to eat.“

The restaurant itself self (or at least this location) definitely looks like a hole in the wall (iykyk). However, staff were friendly and patient as they took my order. They have pretty big portions. I ordered a kids' chicken strip meal which was more than enough food (I still have leftovers). The wait for me to receive my order was a little longer than your typical Popeyes, but I think it's because my food was made to order - it was fresh. I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was seasoned well and juicy. My okra was fried hard - just the way I like it! The roll that came with my meal was just a regular smegular roll; nothing special about it. I guess meals come without dipping sauce. Instead they come with a small cup of white gravy. I was not a fan of the gravy. It's tasteless and not what I was hoping for. I'll ask for the gravy they put on their mashed potatoes or a different dipping sauce.“
