“Food was good, service was good. The one negative I have is, curb appeal is so important. When I pull up to a restaurant and the weeds in the front are a foot high, I’m concerned about the cleanliness of the restaurant. I would really suggest taking care of that.“

“Staff was great and helpful. I'm not a sushi person but they had great other options. Our big group loved the sushi and was reasonably priced. Floor was oddly sticky but clean anyway. Bathroom could use an update, lights blinking. Would go again.“

“I recently revisited Shogun College Station for lunch and was delighted by their exceptional sushi. The L1 sushi combo was a standout, featuring fresh, flavorful fish that exceeded my expectations. Kella, our friendly and attentive server, provided excellent service, and Carlos's sushi-making skills were top-notch. If you're seeking delicious sushi in the B/CS area, Shogun is a must-try.“

“Sunny provides the most excellent dishes and fantastic presentations in all of College Station. He is a one man army; bartender, cook, server, busser, owner, etc. He provides the most authentic cuisine, cocktails and teas, of all sushi restaurants in town. He even remembered our wine selection from a previous night, a night where the restaurant was extremely busy, Valentine’s Day. We have been coming for years, and realized we had never given him a shout out before. This is long overdue! We love Sunny’s place, the food, the atmosphere, everything. It is our #1 place in College Station for date night, and we have nothing but amazing things to say about Azure. If you’re on a time crunch, and it’s a busy night, please have some grace and understand that he creates these masterpieces all by hand, by himself, for each and every patron. “The quality of the fish, and especially the salmon, is remarkable. I had the Rainbow Roll and the Fantastic Roll. Prices are fair for the most part. The crabmeat paste in the rainbow roll had a slightly unpleasant taste. The Fantastic Roll was put together incredibly well and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, this place gets my recommendation.“

“Their traditional Chinese spicy chicken is really good. It uses sechuan pepper which is this interesting spice that isn't actually a pepper and it makes your mouth tingle. Anyway, I haven't had any of their other food but I highly recommend that dish.“

“I finally visited Kanji Sushi last night. We had business partners in from Denmark and I told them to consider it for dinner as they were staying near by. Well they agreed and asked us to join them and made me order everything because somehow I was knowledgeable even though I had never been…suffice to say, I don’t believe we could have ordered anything bad. Everything was phenomenal and they were VERY impressed. I will be back. Well done Chef Tai! Chef’s kiss“
