“Fresh Whataburger's, fries, and thick chocolate shakes, we're all perfectly cooked, Shakes where rich in chocolare flavor. the store is very clean, as are the restrooms.
The staff is very polite & friendly.

“First time I've been to sonic in probably 8 years. We went mainly to check out the playground but were pleasantly surprised overall. Food was good, playground was well kept. Ordered through the app and food came out about 5 min later. Will definitely make this a regular thing, especially in the summer.If you have kids this playground is awesome and fully fenced in. It is a little high so watch toddlers closely.“

Up here doing Everything herself! There’s a line 15 people deep, she has NO HELP and she’s hustling, moving, baking—-And STILL telling people to have a blessed day.

She definitely isn’t supposed to be up here by herself (if she is then subway should be ashamed)

She is amazing and an asset to this store.“

“Most of the time we don’t have a problem with this DQ. But tonight the service was horrible. Starting with a 5+ minute wait at the speaker. Then we had to wait for another 5+ minutes for two Blizzards that didn’t hardly have any toppings and were not stirred to the bottom.

“Went today. The qr scanner didn't word to redeem my coupon. Still got the $7 meal, but didn't get the spoon for the purchase. Went home to scan the QR code and this is twice it's a bogus link and does not come up DQ to complete the feedback“

“Freddys has allowed the car community in Tyler to put on a great night once a month of cruise nights and we are so thankful for those that came out and made the first cruise night a success ! “Love this Christian based restaurant. Awesome service every time we've eaten here. Today the cashier, Youana, was so sweet and helpful. The food is always fresh and hot. The store has always been clean.“

“Went for dinner as we were traveling through the area. Facility was clean and very friendly employees. Young man named Giovanni was so nice and made sure we didn't need anything while we waited for our food. Usually employees do not worry about their customers. This young man went out of his way to insure the dining area didn't need anything. Even greeted a regular by name. It was nice to see someone so young with respect for his elders. We definitely need more young men and ladies with his positive mannerism.“

“The Whitehouse location is the best location. Food is perfect everytime! Super sweet manager, Lisa and the employees are all friendly and efficient. They also always have the order ready at the promised time. Great place to eat!“

“Been here several times. Good food and service. Solid burger place with good chicken sandwiches as well. Fires are also solid. They seem fresh cut, not sure though. If you’re looking for a good burger you can’t really go wrong here. We did have one time where the burgers were dry, but that can happen anywhere. It’s been consistently good otherwise. Sorry for not including pictures. I’ll try to add them next time.“

“We ordered shakes, but then they had to put in a new mix, so they gave us free drinks while we waited for the shakes. It was maybe a 15 min wait. The staff was super nice and the food came quickly! One of the best Whataburgers I've been to.“

“I would have gave a five-star all the way across the bar except my grilled cheese I always get grilled cheese with bacon, and I cannot lie dairy Queen beat y'all the toast was not buttery it was very dry, the bacon tasted very old. But your worker Eli, so nice, friendly, happy to be doing his job it's hotter than Hades outside and he is just happily walking along and cheering people up and doing his job I think he deserves a raise and y'all need more employees like him. I hate that if you use a debit card you cannot tip your employees! I never carry cash and that man deserves a $10 tip on my $20 order thank you Eli for putting a smile on this tired customers face“

“I’ve eaten fried chicken my whole life and this is truly terrible. I know it’s brand new location but come on man bring back the donuts. Only one of my 4 dogs ate my order first sniff. That tells me something. They are country boys and eat most anything. Come on do better.“

Parking: Only thing is the driveway when the highway was redone it’s a good bump going in and out from the road, go slow.“

“The two young ladies that was working tonight. Was completely amazing. The first young was superb. She was the best I have ever seen in there when it came to the menu. Explained stuff no one else ever did for me. Outstanding customer service. She needs to be a manager. She's truly a blessing to this store.
The next young lady was also superb. Amazing costumer service also. She listens so carefully to my food allergies. She was top notch amazing how well she put the sandwiches together. She was amazing at the service also.
These two young ladies has the best team work I have ever seen in that store. They are the best team work hands down.
They deserve a pat on the back.“
