“Daddy’s Smokin’ Shack catered our wedding this past Saturday. Steve was AMAZING to work with and so was his staff! Everyone was so incredibly respectful and even brought us plates as soon as we sat down. The food was so good and we were complimented on it the entire night. I ended up switching from a previous caterer to Daddy’s Smokin Shack because I was so impressed and had heard amazing things from friends and family. Steve made sure to answer all of the questions I had and accommodated all of our needs. There is no one I would recommend more highly than this company and staff. Thank you so much for making my day amazing and stress free!“

“I ordered three sandwiches from this location on Apr 1 right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. Well I went to the I-10 location to pick them up and of course they had no idea who I was, so I ordered again. But I had already paid the 281 location $26 for them. After I picked up (and paid again for) my sandwiches from the I-10 location, I called the 281 location for a refund, which they agreed to. Once again, I apologize profusely for my mix-up it was ALL on me. I know your margins are low, especially now during the pandemic, but you made this customer very happy. And for that I will recomnmend you even MORE than I already do. I absolutely LOVE Schlotzky's, and I have since I first ate there as a freshman at UT Austin back in 1973 and y'all had a location next door to Dobie Mall. Anyway, thanx again, I'm a customer for life!“
