“I’m going to start this review by saying I’m honestly disappointed with this Chick-fil-A… …because now every other place is going to feel like a complete downgrade. This location is consistently incredible. It is spotless, the employees are genuinely courteous and friendly, the service is ridiculously fast, and our orders are somehow always accurate. Even when the place is slammed, the team is organized, efficient, and still treats customers like they actually matter. Whoever is running the management at this location deserves some serious credit. In fact, I’m pretty sure the management team should give a TED Talk on how to operate a casual dining restaurant. Seriously, great job to the entire team. You can tell there is strong leadership, great training, and a culture of excellence here. This is exactly what great customer service should look like.“

“We had a great experience for our first visit. We honestly only came there because we had a less than desirable experience with a food place two doors down. I typically can't or don't eat pizza because of food intolerance and allergies but was pleasantly surprised that there were modifications I could make to fit my needs. Other than it being a little messy in spaces and a little bit of an
attitude from an emplyee for having to check a food allergy request We had a pleasant experience and will be back.“

“This location recently opened up their dining room so I figured I'd give it a shot as I used to eat here during The Before Times. There was a little bit of a wait but it was during lunchtime so that wasn't terribly surprising. The service and the food were both great so I'll be coming back!“

“I couldn’t catch my cashier name but she is a superstar. There was a long line with a lot of people getting a little impatient and this girl just bounced around calm and collected. I literally ordered and the next 5 minutes I had my food. She was amazing whoever she is. She is wonderful and had such a loving personality. Kudos to her and of course everyone working the night shift on Father’s Day. Amazing service! Will definitely come back to this place.“

I called and spoke to Alan who said he'd remedy the order when I returned. When I returned, he asked if I was sure I did not order spicy. Upon review of my online order, I sure did. I was in the wrong and sincerely apologized to the gentleman at the window. I went to give the non spicy tenders back, but he insisted I keep them. Great service for a silly mistake on my end.“

“This is the first place where the meat is cook at the time in front of you. The flavor of the meet is incredible. You have the option to set any topping inside your burger. The fries are out of this world too. Definitely you have to try this place you will not regret. This is our new place to eat hamburgers.“

“I regularly go here. Staff is always kind. If you have any issues, management always makes it right. The team is very fast as well. Whether there’s 1 care or 8, they will get that line moving. The only issue I’ve had a couple times is that if it’s slow, the chalupa shells will possibly be tough/stale. Really unfortunate because I love the chalupa but it’s kind of hit or miss at times. That being said, there’s plenty of great items on the menu, so there are alternatives. Order accuracy is always on point, no need to worry.“

“I had to write this review because of the outstanding service I received today from this location! Life has been rough these days and I felt like everything that could go wrong with life, was going wrong! Running late today to work, I forgot lunch at home. Everyone in the office was eating Chick-fil-A, and I was starving! Since I couldn't leave to get something, I decided to order salad, fries and a drink to be delivered. I was so excited when my food arrived to find out I got the wrong salad! Ugh, my heart sunk! Any Other time I would have just eaten what I got, but not today! I talked the store to tell them what happened. And they said they couldnt guarantee another delivery, but could give me a credit 😩 I begged the lady to please ask a manager for the delivery...I needed a win! Sure enough she said her Mgr approved the delivery! I was grateful 🙏 Once my food came, I not only got my salad, but they also gave me the collectable cups they are giving away, only in store! Chick-fil-A Vineyards & Manager....Thank You for Making Me Smile Today!“

We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“The food was so good! I got there right towards the end of breakfast, and I ordered a potato egg, and cheese taquito. It was prepared exactly how I liked it, and they even remembered the extra packet of salsa I asked for. The clerk behind the register was very thorough and the order came out great! The food did not take long, and the employee who brought me the meal had a big smile on their face. It really helped promote a welcoming environment that I don’t always experience at other locations. Also, the restrooms were very clean, which is a definite reason I will be coming back to this location.“

“We ordered through a delivery service and had a really great experience. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. The fries were a generous portion and still tasted fresh, and the spicy chicken sandwich came with the bacon and onions we requested. The tacos were also hot and tasted great.

The Texas double cheeseburger was just as good, and both lemonades were nice and cold. It’s always a relief when a delivery order arrives complete and the food still tastes like it just came out of the kitchen. Everything was packed well and nothing was missing from either order. Definitely one of the better Jack in the Box delivery experiences we’ve had!“
