“Yall lemme tell ya something ...when you find your local bar...you're a happy camper! Stumbled upon this place while I was driving around exploring the area and my lawd, MY LAWD, it doesn't disappoint. Aside from having a healthy supply of ice cold Lone Star beer, they have some delicious food.I got their mushroom Swiss burger with seasoned fries. It was amazing! The owners, a husband and wife team, were super friendly and welcomed me right on in. This'll definitely be where I show up on my days off and where I bring my friends.This is a hidden gem in this area. So do yourself a favor and stop on by. You'll not be disappointed!“

“Rover Cafe is one of our favorite little treasures in Round Top\! The food was absolutely stellar, the atmosphere was charming, and the customer service was exceptional\.
A huge shoutout to our waitress, Vivian, who was sweet, attentive, and welcoming\. She made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down\. The owner also personally stopped by our table to make sure we were well taken care of and even took the time to say a prayer with us\. That kind of genuine kindness and hospitality stays with you long after the meal is over\.

“Took my grandma and son to have lunch here on a Wednesday! I know some might think, “you took your grandma and son to a tavern!? ? “ we’ll, it’s a cafe too! The food was delicious. Allison was so friendly and the jukebox was there for us to play some music. I love the atmosphere. Check their Facebook for their lunch specials. It’s a small town place run be really nice people.“
