“I've been a customer since the day it opened here in Caddo. Enjoy the people and food. I m here every day. But I do have a complaint- why during all this bad weather you had the TV with the weather channel turned off? Employees said it was controlled by front office, it has always been able to turn on and off etc here in the store. lots of drivers thru here wanting latest weather conditions. Also, you have five parking spaces in front of the store, not counting the handicapped ones, two of the five are always occupied by employees during day hours.“

“A+ upgraded team today, that actually understands customer service thankfully!I’ve had a few really really bad experiences with basic customer service and orders not correct but today they had not one but two new faces Josh and a young lady who’s name tag I couldn’t see but they were both impressive! Super service oriented, excellent communication skills and overall clearly cared about what they do. Glad this location made some changes! Much needed and noticed!“

Seriously, why didn't they buy the entire building that was vacant after Game Stop (RIP 😑) left to expand the restaurant or drive thru for the vast number of loving patrons who continue to endure the arduous wait for their awesome food!“

“They had it where you could play, putt, putt and sit around at lots of different tables.This is great for small groups. I'm short, so I kind of wish they had shorter chairs, at least some of the tables, but the atmosphere was very nice.“

“Haven't been here in years. I like the buffet. It's only from 11-1:30 or so and the offerings are limited but fresh, hot and tasty. It's quieter than Cicis and the buffet price includes a drink. On the bar are a couple of pastas, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and pizzas. They do keep it well stocked and change the pizzas often to provide variety. Several rotations during the hour we were there. If I could change anything, I would suggest maybe leaving the pizzas a bit longer. One was only out for a few minutes and it was removed before I was able to go get a piece. It was a thin crust veggie (maybe supreme). At least half the pan was still left. But not a huge deal overall just a suggestion. I don't fault the staff for being eager in keeping it stocked and won't keep me from visiting again. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the good work.“

“The girl with blonde hair had outstanding customer service she was nice and greeted me with a smile as soon as I got to the window! She offer me condiments like honey, which was great since I often forget to ask for them. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. In the past I’ve had problems with this exact location but I decided to give it another try glad I did, I see that you guys have gotten better with customer service, and employees. Will be coming back!😁“

“Friendly staff... If you order inside be prepared to wait it's hard to get an employee to come to the front cashier.... .make sure u check your food .... Especially if u have allergies.... I can't count how many times I ask for no mayo due to egg allergies... And they put extra mayo on there 😑“

“Royse City location is clean and friendly, always happy with their service and quality of food. It's sad taco bueno cut back on portion sizes across the board with every location but still enjoy stopping by every now and then, gotta have my fix of refried beans 🤤“

“There never seems to be many people, but The food was good, just not as hot as would think fresh made food should be. The staff was polite and very kind. The atmosphere is still very 90's and needs some cosmetic attention, but all in all a good venue selection!“
