“NGL: I decided to try this place because I'd heard all the hype, but I wondered how great it could be, because a bagel's a bagel, right?

Wrong. I'm so glad that I was so completely wrong. I didn't know how good a bagel could be until I came here. They're just next level: the texture, the flavor, the schmear, everything. I've tried different bagels and different schmears here (plus the lox), and it's as good or better every time I come.

It's a little bit of a drive (for me), but the bagels here will cure what ails you.“

“This is absolutely the best bagel I've ever had in my entire life. That firm crunch on the outside and soft and fluffy inside and that Schmear tho! (chefs kiss) 🤤 I went to the downtown location next to the 👁️ it's such a cool little spot and the staff was awesome especially Sam. “A cute neighborhood bagel shop with VEGAN cream cheese (FINALLY!)! I always love when I pull up to a storefront and the patio is set with tables and chairs and door propped open - it makes it feel welcoming and inviting to me. I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop, which I love and the wait time was super quick (unlike some other places) and the bagels...Excellent. You can tell they are homemade and fresh. They have many breakfast options if bagels are not your thing. I also got cold brew which was good. Overall, I am very pleased to have this in our neighborhood. Great service with a smile and great bagels! YUM!

Vegetarian options: Most of the bagels are vegan by default, they have vegetarian sandwiches and they have vegan cream cheese for us vegans!

Parking: Surface parking lot in front of the shop is also adjacent to Tom Thumb so there is plenty of parking.“

“Needed a last minute large order and this place exceeded expectations and got it done (at 6:30 am nonetheless). The staff were so nice and friendly and helped me carry it all out to my car. Food was on par with previous Einstein experiences - great bagels and very convenient!“

“This place is a gem! The donuts are always fresh, soft, and perfectly sweet — the glazed melts in your mouth, and the filled ones are generous without being heavy. They have fun seasonal flavors too, so there’s always something new to try. The coffee is smooth and pairs perfectly with the pastries. Staff are friendly and quick, even when it’s busy, and the shop has a cozy, welcoming vibe. Definitely my go-to spot for donuts!“

“I love this store. I am a morning regular that has been and still do stop there EVERY morning for the past 15 years.. The food is great the GM Kelly and the crew are the best. And the bagels are the BEST with the best bakers. I say that because I have been to others and NOT SO GOOD. This is the only store I go too. “I’m not sure his name, but the young man at the drive thru window this morning around 9:30AM was so pleasant! It is honestly very rare to find someone with just a kind, helpful demeanor especially in the food service industry and he was the exception. “We just wanted to say your employee Anthony, at the 5330 N MacArthur Blvd Unit 100 Irving, TX 75038 location is one of the most friendly, positive, happy to help & take your order I have ever met. I usually don’t leave reviews but his personality is so bright. “I asked them to cook my meat longer, and the staff asked why. I explained. They were so kind. My bagel sandwich was amazing; I had the maple sausage, egg, and bacon cheese bagel sandwich. The coffee was great. I only treat myself every so often because I love bagels so much. They have the freshest and the best I've ever had!“

“Five stars all the way go to the shift leads of this restaurant. Bald guy with tattoos and shorter one with reddish hair know how to run a shift. I’ve come there recently and these two are exceptionally really well and know how to communicate with their team to make sure their restaurant stays afloat. Their GM on the other hand left a bitter taste in my mouth how she talks to some people especially the older generation. On the other hand these other two are great employees and can run a restaurant into a five star establishment.

Vegetarian options: Egg white sandwiches or any kind of sandwich can be made vegetarian. They even have almond milk if you want that for your coffee.

Dietary restrictions: If you are lactose intolerant they will substitute your latte with almond milk instead of dairy milk or if you don’t care for bacon on a sandwich they can substitute it with turkey sausage.

Parking: There’s plenty of parking on the side of the restaurant as well as ample parking in front of the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Kids can enjoy breakfast with their families.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a flat surface you can roll your wheelchair up on outside of the restaurant as well as a side door to use in case of mobility needs.“
