“My first experience with Hot Pot. Since I arrived with someone familiar with this establishment we went to the second floor. I loved the bold decor! It was a fun and great experience for me to choose the vegetables that I desired in my hot pot. Customer service was great! We were greeted and asked where we would like to right away The waitress also asked if this was our first time here. My guest did not speak loud enough so she explained the meat choices and how the food was to go in the pot. My guest piped up and insisted that she be the one to show me how to regulate the temperature for the Hot Pot. The floor, tables, plates, silverware and buffet area were clean and well maintained. I liked the fresh selection of all the items. The food cooked fast and I enjoyed the flavor. It is all you can eat (cost $26 per person). We had meat treats left over. An additional $5.95 is charged if you want to take left over trays. I would return!“

“the food was good. Service not so great. Waiter did not refill our drinks or come and check on us although we told him it was our first time there. they automatically added gratuity to our ticket. They charged adult price for our 10 year old because of her height!“

“We love this place!!! Clean, staffs nice and efficient!!! Lots of choice to pick from and there’s plenty of Soju!!! The price is fair and the option is a lot. Lamb, beef, pork, not to mention even fish!!! Everyone should give it a try!!!“

“All of the different type of carb they had like rice cake, glass noodle, ramen and more all tasted great in the Mara hong. The mushroom tasted a little strong in the broth but it is better when stir fried. I recommend level 2 for the Mara hong since it’s spicy but not too much. I also add in beef with mine but it was chewy. It’s tasted better when stir fried. I really like all the veggie options and they were generous with portion. For the stir fried dish, they asked us to at least spend $20 for it by adding in more fillings. Level 3 spice level is super spicy for the stir fried so be warn.“

“We went to visit my grandma in Texas recently and we decided to try Haidilao in Frisco. How about 10 stars!! Soup was amazing and friendly staffs. Employee Mei was amazing! She made us felt at home and really took care of my daughter Maylee. Highly recommend Mei.“

“The food is tasty and priced fairly. I really liked the fried chicken and rice. Crispy and juicy chicken and I had it with the plum sauce option. Rice was perfect to my liking. Moreover, our waiters were very polite and attentive.
This restaurant shares location with Kyuramen and Tbaar but they have two different ordering and billing systems and it’s confusing who services what. If they are the same owners, they need to work on a better synergy amongst the restaurants. There should be one set of menu and a unified point of service.
We visited during the dawn of a triple digits temperature day. They had some commercial fans running but the dinning room was still much warmer than expected.“

“Currently my favorite weekend go to, I love to bring my friends and eat some really good food. The salad bar has a lot of great options, and the sauce bar doesn't have as many options as I would prefer but has the basics to make some good mixes. So far my favorite soup base is the Huo Guo.“

“This place is really nice! They offer a lot different varieties of meat and they also have beef waygu all you can eat which is amazing. Considering the prices of regular waygus, their prices seem very fair and cheap and they also offer free drinks. 10/10 experience and all service was great too!“
