At least my 4th try here and each time my food experience regresses. Each time it's been during Saturday dinner time and each time the food completely disappoints! Tonight went in for take out @ 6:30pm, got the bigbox tenders meal. Tenders were cold and almost dry, red beans n rice - the rice was dry and literally crunchy. Biscuit was hard, mash potatoes were the only thing that should have been served.

One visit had a missing item and cold sandwiches, though the girl apologized and immediately handed over 2 sandwiches. The mac n cheese is upcharged but skimped on the portion, and it is often out. A drive through employee was monotone, lifeless, dry, and unpleasant, though the food was SO BOMB with a short wait. The inside looks very nice.
