As a New Orleans native, I can confidently say that this restaurant has received the NOLA stamp of approval. Having tried numerous establishments in Dallas that claim to offer "Cajun" or "NOLA" cuisine, this is the only one that truly captures the essence of home. From the French bread to the presence of the traditional Blue Plate on their PoBoys, the authenticity of their food is undeniable. I got the Jambalaya Quesadilla. Whew it was delicious! Well seasoned and put together with the perfect amount of cheese. I received my order through a deliver service, and it was packed well and fresh. Thank you for being a good place to eat!
