“This was my wife and my first time here at Capo's Pizzeria on Broadway on 02/14. We were looking for a quiet place to have dinner on a Friday night, Valentine's Day, just before an 8:00pm movie. We walked in and were immediately greeted and seated. Shortly thereafter, a saxophonist, by the name of Joel Guerrero, begin to play. The atmosphere could not have been better. The food was 5-star. The service was just as good as the music and food. I had an opportunity to meet a lady by the name of Liz, whom introduced me to the owner, Remi. He could not have been more of a gentleman. “I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. “5 Monkeys... nice, funny name, isn't it? I've tried this place a few times now, and honestly, it keeps amazing me every single visit. It's a perfect spot to hang out with friends as well as family. The staff is very well-mannered and attentive, they keep checking on you without being overbearing, which is really nice. The Long Island Iced Tea is one of my go-to drinks here, and it's amazing. They also offer complimentary nuts (cashews, peanuts, and chickpeas) which are super tasty and perfect when you want a light snack along with your drink. They opened just a month or two ago, and we've already been here around 6 times, that itself says a lot. Food highlights: Chicken Wings - I call them jumbo chicken wings. I love the garlic parmesan, and my wife loves the buffalo garlic parmesan. 5/5 Chicken Nuggets - Nice, juicy, and crispy. 5/5 Loaded Fries - My absolute favorite appetizer. 10/5 Grilled Chicken Melt - The bread and chicken are sooo good. 5/5 My friend tried the Pitawich (falafel & chicken) and said it was really good. Grilled Chicken Platter - Amazing combination of basmati rice, fries, salad, and sauce. 5/5 My friends also tried the Touchdown Lamb Platter and enjoyed it. Portion sizes, especially for the appetizers, are very generous. If you're looking for good food, good drinks, and a great atmosphere, this is definitely a place to try. “I wanted to recognize Sergion. This is my first visit to this location and I was very impressed with his exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and made great recommendations. He was also the chef and made the best Asian Zing tenders, perfectly cooked, seasoned with the perfect amount of glaze and crisp. I hope Upper Management knows that they have a wonderful employee with Sergion and he is doing a fantastic job representing the company.

Drinks were amazing never left half way through, food was hot and accurate, my husband is deaf so when he started to sign to me what he wanted and the bartender/manager KNEW what he wanted he took a moment and he said this is where we will come every time we go out. CJ was spectacular, even with how busy she was we never felt left on a back burner, the only issue were a couple of fights breaking out but even than CJ was right there to make sure it stopped and everyone felt safe. “We had an early lunch here and noticed immediately small pools of water on the floor. We asked the hostess if there was a leak and she told us it was condensation from the AC unit. This needs to be fixed aside from being dangerous it is unsightly and water drips in places as you walk by. Aside from that, the rest of the visit was terrific. We were seated promptly and our waiter attended quickly. This location is a good size and has a full bar, booths (including a couple of long booths for larger groups. The noise level was low but might get more in evening with larger crowds. We ordered the Southwestern Egg Rolls ($9.79) which is an appetizer but can make a small meal of. Also ordered the Southwest Chicken Caesar Salad ($10.79) and it was quite large and flavorful. Both of these were good choices and ingredients were fresh. Our waiter was prompt and efficient. Masks are not required and you can do contactless pay at the table.“
