“This is our family’s favorite restaurant by far. As a family with dairy allergies it’s so nice to be able to eat out without worrying. All their dairy is A2 and delicious. Definitely stop by if you’re driving on i10 and it’s even worth going out of the way for. The environment is so peaceful. I love eating outside on the patio where our kids can play in the enclosed area.”

“We rode motorcycles from Santa Fe, TX to try out Roy’s Breakfast and Lunch. Left early in morning at 75 degrees F, got back home before 90 degrees F !!!! We were seated immediately, Jessica did a great job taking our orders, keeping our coffee warm, breakfast was great. Prices were great, atmosphere was great !!!! We left on a full and satisfied belly.”

“Owners are excellent hosted runners for an ultramarathon at the start line. They also provided very excellent fermented electrolyte which was refreshing.
I will be stopping by this place when I drive that way again. May have to start drinking again”

“My husband, my 1 year old and I, visited the gathery tonight and we were all so impressed. They had the sweetest staff, who were all so accommodating and sweet to our daughter, and the food was delicious. We can’t wait to visit again!”

We tried a wide variety of things including the Texas Trinity, the Egg rolls, and the banana pudding and I can confidently say there is not a single bad thing on the menu. The Jalapeño apple sauce is life changing!”

“Absolute gem of a place that is frozen in time. We stopped in on a road trip to Houston and had a couple of beers. Not many places like this exist anymore. Resemblance of an old house/bar/tavern that still serves beer with a smile. The owners still work the bar and cook. They have beer signs and such from the 60’s and 70’s. We are here on a cold day and the heater in the middle of the bar looks like it’s from the 70’s and still cranking out heat. If you’re passing through stop in for a beer and help keep places like this going.”

“Decided to make a pit stop here because of the reviews and we were hungry. Really glad we decided to give them a try. The sauces and chips were average with the green sauce being the better of the two. The chips are thick and crunchy, no broken chips in the queso with these beaties. The queso was average but good. Now the meals themselves were on a whole other level, my son as always ordered the Cheese Enchilade dinner. Served with refried beans and rice which are better than most. The enchiladas were on the xtra large size and were about as perfect as a cheese enchilada could ever hope to be. I had the Fajitas Al A Mexicana combo for one. Served with rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, and home made flour tortillas. It was a solid half pound of fajitas if not more. The chicken was good but the beef was awesome, super tender with a Pastor influenced marinade accompanied with sizzling onions, poblano peppers, and tomatoes. The home made flour tortillas were good and larger than most places, about 7". Customer service was spot on, prices were about average. No complaints at all, give them a try.”

“Burgers served here are very good old fashioned burgers. I was expecting a convenience store. But to my surprise it was a small town burger place.AND..A snobby lady at front counter that ignores you while she moves around some dusty candy bags. As if she hopes you will go away.Burger/fries was good ??”

“Tacos were decent. My toddler likes bean tacos with flour tortillas. She ate the entire taco. The barbacoa taco was good but the bistec tacos were just ok. The lady working was super nice and helpful. We were halfway through some of our tacos and forgot to take pictures. The bistec tacos was the only picture we took.”

“I went yesterday and the sandwiches were amazing, the bread was sooooo soft and good! There is a new Spanish lady that is the manager, maam good job!!! Keep the bread and meats fresh just like that!!! I’ve been to the other two stores, disgusting. This is the only subway I’ll eat at !!”
