“Today, they had everything spot on perfect. I only ordered a burger and the man that took the order was polite and went the extra step to make sure it was clear What all I wanted and didn’t want on it. Then…. When I received my order it was EXACTLY as requested and they didn’t skimp out on the veggies also neatly inside the bun and not just slapped together. I was prepared for the worst and I got the absolute best -then again I was hungry lol thanks for a job well done“

“I have always love Randy G’s but today or tonight whatever meant so much I was a bit short on some money I though I had more than I did and Randy him self helped me out. I am beyond blessed as we have just been struggling and this meant so much to me and my little more than you know. Amazing customer service as always and of course amazing ice cream!!“

“Strawberry shortcake was excellent. Customer service not so great as workers were gossiping as I walked in, was not greeted and essentially waited for them to be done to get my order. Two of the workers were actually working while a third girl was standing doing nothing and talking to the other workers. I was also the only customer in the store at the time. Overall great cake not so great service.“

“The sweetest stop in Cibolo! We always go in for a treat when we’re in town. They have a great variety of ice cream and the cutest seating (even for the smallest patrons). My daughter just had her first “baby cone” here and she LOVED interacting with the employees and other customers. Definitely a must stop!🤍“
