And although it was very crowded I understand but we felt a little bit rushed as the service lady was trying to get us to leave the buffet as soon as possible while we were still eating. It's never all that busy when I pick up my food, I think I've seen maybe a group or two eating there at a time; quiet and secluded. The people are nice, and I've never had a missing/messed up/ or unsatisfactory order, and the reheat value is chef's kiss.“

“I picked up dinner tonight and whenever we arrived home, we realized we were given somebody else's order. I gave them a call and they owned the mistake and were quick to apologize and issue a refund. They even went above and beyond and offered to remake our order at no cost if we wanted to come back and get it. The manager (John) was very professional and apologetic and was great about making things right. Beyond the mistake, they have a very quick and efficient operation and the customer service is great.“
