“We had a fantastic dinner last night. In addition to the great food and service, we enjoyed participating in Mash Madness. The staff helped arrange a surprise flight of special bourbons for my husband, and the owner came and chatted with us about bourbon and whisky. It was a very memorable evening!“

“Great traditional steak house with a slight twist on staples. The steaks were perfectly cooked (a high maintenance medium minus) with the sauces adding extra difference. The sides of smoked mashed potatoes had a subtle smoke flavor that blended well, and the poblano cream corn was just the right consistency and flavor. Dessert (don't judge) of cheesecake and Marie Antoinette were both the way to end things. Seriously good food. Our server was very personable with good suggestions, attentive not obtrusive, and worked well with the others that assisted. Felt very at home, not stuffy, we will absolutely be back and highly recommend it!“

“While drinking coffee with my sister and having a very heart felt conversation, one of the waiters, Chris, came up and asked us if he could pray for us. Our waitress was so sweet as well. They could see that we needed a little uplifting and they definitely made it happen. Our waitress did not charge us for our coffee. Exceptional service. God sure does work in all sorts of ways and we felt it here this morning. I will let everyone know the amazing service we experienced!“

“I chose your restaurant for my birthday for a variety of reasons. First is the food,second the atmosphere and third live music. I hope that your chefs never forget how valuable they are because your food is always outstanding. It’s authentic Italian. The lasagne can’t be beat. Fat Daddy’s did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing—friendly, fast, and super attentive. Our food came out quickly, was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Our server, Amber, was amazing!! Very attentive, courteous and an amazing bar tender. The prices were more than fair, and the drinks hit the spot. Whether you’re local or just passing through, this place is definitely worth a stop. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in College Station. Don’t sleep on it—go try Fat Daddy’s!“

“I had such a great time this past Tuesday enjoying the food and drinks and trivia! I had the strawberry mint mule and Al gore hot dog which was great the service from the bar staff was amazing as I am new to the area they told me about the A&M culture and things to do on the weekends. I’m not someone who typically goes to political themed places but this was just a casual bar with great food. Definitely found a new spot to enjoy some beers and cocktails!“
