I really enjoyed the pace of how food arrived and never felt rushed or looking for something. The service is really the icing on the cake, from the moment we were greeted to the final bill - it was a truly special experience.“

“While drinking coffee with my sister and having a very heart felt conversation, one of the waiters, Chris, came up and asked us if he could pray for us. Our waitress was so sweet as well. They could see that we needed a little uplifting and they definitely made it happen. Our waitress did not charge us for our coffee. Exceptional service. God sure does work in all sorts of ways and we felt it here this morning. I will let everyone know the amazing service we experienced!“

“I went in about 5:00 on a Monday and it was busy, but not too busy to the point where it was chaotic. Seating was very quick. I had the chicken alfredo with broccoli and a 3 piece fish to try. Alfredo was very good however I did not care for the fish. I have a preference for cornmeal and not flour for my fish...just me tho.“

“I chose your restaurant for my birthday for a variety of reasons. First is the food,second the atmosphere and third live music. I hope that your chefs never forget how valuable they are because your food is always outstanding. It’s authentic Italian. The lasagne can’t be beat. I only wish you offered live music earlier in the day. Thanks for being so special. Going to your restaurant is a treat for me.“

“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

“We had a fantastic dinner last night. In addition to the great food and service, we enjoyed participating in Mash Madness. The staff helped arrange a surprise flight of special bourbons for my husband, and the owner came and chatted with us about bourbon and whisky. It was a very memorable evening!“
