Picky eater daughter had the kids chicken tacos and raved! Yum!“

Even though fajitas aren’t on their regular menu anymore, they put together a full spread—sizzling meats and veggies, beans, fresh toppings—and it was all delicious. Donnie and his team was so easy to work with—professional, on time, and they made everything stress-free. Pricing was very fair for the incredible farm-to-table quality we received. “First time in DFW, and after seeing the chaos that Christmas brings to the main street, we headed to The Library. Our server was attentive, informative and generous with his time, but by far the stand out was the Five Pepper Chicken. Outstanding!! I need the recipe Chef Fermin!

“I stopped at Jacob’s Spring Grille inside the Hyatt Regency DFW while passing through, and I’m so glad I did. I wasn’t expecting much from a quick airport hotel restaurant visit, but this spot exceeded every expectation.

The staff were incredibly attentive and worked together seamlessly .. it felt like they genuinely cared about every guest’s experience. I went with the chopped brisket sandwich, and to my surprise, it was really good. Juicy, flavorful, and served just right. Every bite was perfect.

For a quick stop, this place left a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.“

The drink mixes are Ok.. The bartender and waitress did an awesome job.“

Very attentive, kind, not pushy, and a wizard behind the bar. The best pomegranate cosmo I have ever had. Perfectly balanced and the pour was perfect! HIGHLY recommend stopping in to see Johnny.“
