“Although they do not receive those 5 stars I am at this location often and it is hit or miss more hits I noticed. Efficiently, Organized Staff and they are on it when getting those drinks out. While I appreciate the urgency of completing my order but that's also why they do not get the 5 stars it may get a tad sloppy as this location is always busy busy busy.“
“I never write reviews but I went out of my way to write one because the girl that made my coffee (she’s made my coffee a few times) is amazing she’s super sweet and knows exactly how to make a good coffee perfect every time and great customer service! I really wish I got her name she is young and works morning shifts I believe because I’m always there around 11 AM. She needs a raise lol“

“I ordered coffee this morning through the app and accidentally ordered a grande instead of venti. I informed the drive thru attendant, and they remade my drink no questions asked. They were understanding and very accommodating about it. Super friendly & fast. Love this location!!!“
“I'm a regular customer who always makes a purchase here, EVERYTHING is okay, until ONE employee. This Thursday , I politely asked this ma’am for a second cup of ice for later (which is a simple, standard amenity I've received many times before from other friendly baristas.) and the barista was incredibly RUDE, saying the request was 'too much and I do this every time (yea every time I make a purchase) Very disappointing and unnecessary rudeness from the staff.:(“
