Subway in Conroe

“I was standing in line waiting behind a customer being served. The older lady finished her item and turned away from me to wait on the Mexican guy standing beside me. He told her I was next, she screwed up her face. I said it's ok I am not working and he is. But after she finished with him, she asked the gentleman who just came up for his order. I said to the man it's OK when he protested. When she finished with him she told the other employee something I could not hear and walked off she did not wait on me. The other young lady made my order. I was getting food for a friend who had fallen and I was sitting with her. I would have left on the second snub but I had to get back to my patient.“

“The manager at this location, Becky, is absolutely wonderful! We visit Subway on a regular basis because she makes the experience so pleasant! Always friendly, always professional, food is always well prepped and fresh. Our orders are always made with care and looks just like a picture! She works hard and you can tell. Once in a while a gem comes along and she's one! I honestly think Subway is better for having her!“

“Took forever to start my sub(subway club) then kid has earbuds in both ears keeps asking same questions over and over. Go to check out and bill is higher than expected so I question it. Girl says it’s extra for the chicken. WHAT DIDNT ORDER CHICKEN ON MY SUBWAY CLUB
says I can come back tomorrow and talk to someone else.
Avoid this place at all cost.

“THE BEST SUBWAY EVER!! It was my first time trying subway and i’m glad I choose this place will definitely not be my last. Dulce and Jose were AMAZING the food tasted delicious and the atmosphere was just so wonderful. The music made me feel great eating my foot long and I can finally I LOVE SUBWAY!“

“They try to throw it together any kind of way they do lack of training maybe but I'm here to assist and keep it cute. Half a sub requested Turkey Ham and Bacon. Toasted of course and put all my veggies on the side I will assemble TY Much. Younger staff members from what I see and will not sell the sub bun a la carte for nothing other location do. Not a bad experience though I can dig it.“

I like to write positive reviews for deserving employees who go above & beyond like Shelly. She was kind, courteous and deserves recognition from upper Subway management for handling a large crowd all by herself.“

“Our sandwhiches were BOMB. We went to a different Subway about 2 weeks ago and the sandwhiches were terrible. Skimpy on the meat, over toasted/dry, and the order was completely wrong. So we came to this location and let me tell you, we were so happy with our sandwhiches!! A young worker named Fernando made them, and he took his time and listened to how we wanted it them, he was a true sandwich artist. We had to make a review!! We came in last night, and he made our night, so we gave him a $12 dollar tip. Thanks Fernando!!“

“Theres never anything I can complain about when it comes to this subway, for about a year I ate here everyday for lunch and now over 3 years later I'm still coming here for the same order. Awesome place, awesome customer service. A good quick cheap lunch for anyone looking for one!“

“This is one of the BEST examples of a REALLY GOOD SUBWAY as they are all supposed to be! The management is clearly on task and the workers are great because all the vegetables are fresh, the bread and meat was great also. The tea- yes they ACTUALLY HAD FRESH AND DRINKABLE TEA, was not sour and had dates clearly on them. Many subways are too lazy to make fresh tea. Why eat a healthy sandwich and drink soda!?? Might as well eat junk food at fast food place if so- The workers all had great attitudes and the store and bathrooms were very clean! You can taste the difference!!! Highly recommend- go to this location and you wont be disappointed!“

Parking: Limited spots. Challenging getting in and out. Gas station there. Traffic light a busy intersection close by.“
