“This is by far the cleanest subway, hell the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen. We love going in especially if Tasha is working. She is very friendly and a very hard worker. She never makes you feel like you're bothering her, like some workers do. I think she should get a promo, or a raise. She the best employee they have. “Brought my niece here to get a sandwich. This was our first time coming to this establishment, and it is very clean and smells nice. Everything was neat and in order. They took their time taking her order and making her meal. They didn't make a sloppy sandwich at all by just throwing it together. I would definitely come back to this location. They have the raspberry cheesecake cookies ? that are amaaaazing! I got a dozen ?“
“I don’t write reviews often, but I can't say enough good things about this location! I've been here several times, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and spot-on with my order. But today, they went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They asked how I was doing, and their upbeat energy truly turned my supremely awful day around.

“I left the location a few hours ago and the staff was amazing!! The young girl was amazing, upbeat and just all around great! The older lady was so sweet and helped me answer any questions I had! Very clean store…actually the cleanest subway I’ve ever been too!! I was able to find everything good and had an overall amazing experience! Thank you to the young girl for making me a beautiful sandwich and I will definitely be returning!“
“Omg me and my coworkers come here too much lol or we order online for pick up or delivery. Always fresh and always good ?? Our go to sandwich is #9 Reg Italian Club with a side of kickin ranch ???? “I was delighted by the service and the profesional speed of Miss Anne, the lane was sooo long and she was alone in the front. I surprise how hard she worked and I like the kind customer service she provide for me and my children, I was so happy that I asked her name because it is my first excellent experience in subway since I came to Ft Cavazos. she was extremely kind and helpful with my order, she had a lot patience and she was quick to provide me with the best service. “Usually McAlisters is very good with great customer care, but today it was a mess. People working in the kitchen with no hat or hair net and disorganization. I ordered online with my order to be ready at 325pm. I finally got my order at 340pm. someone put my order in the pick up cubbie and failed to tell anyone it was there. Cheese was barely warm. I got snarky with the front end young lady and then apologized because it wasn't her fault. Today they only get 3 *'s from me.“
