“Usually McAlisters is very good with great customer care, but today it was a mess. People working in the kitchen with no hat or hair net and disorganization. I ordered online with my order to be ready at 325pm. I finally got my order at 340pm. someone put my order in the pick up cubbie and failed to tell anyone it was there. Cheese was barely warm. I got snarky with the front end young lady and then apologized because it wasn't her fault. Today they only get 3 *'s from me.“
