Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. Today, I experienced an incident in the drive-thru that I wasn’t initially aware of until GM Jonathan quickly and professionally deescalated a hostile driver. In a time when road rage can be unpredictable—especially in Corpus—Jonathan put his own safety at risk to protect others. I’m extremely grateful for his calm leadership and courage.
