“I’ve driven past Pickles for as long as I can remember, and tonight I finally decided to stop in. Honestly, I couldn’t have made a better choice. The moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by the owner and a couple of his friends, it felt more like walking into someone’s home than a bar.
Pickles has this old Cypress vibe that you just don’t find anymore, and being there reminded me of summers with my family back in the day. The whole place had that comfortable, familiar feel, almost like hanging out in your uncle’s cool bar.
They even taught us how to play shuffleboard (Tuesdays and Sundays are shuffleboard nights if you’re looking for some competition). We came in on a Saturday, and while it was a little quiet, it didn’t matter. The owner and the folks there made sure we felt welcome, and the slower pace actually made it even more personal.
Pickles is genuine, nostalgic, and one of a kind. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, this is it. 100% worth a visit.“

“We had a graduation party of 46! The general manager, Anthony, and manager, Paul, treated us with such phenomenal service! Our waitresses and waiters were so good, we tipped them 35%! The food was delicious!🤎“

“This visit was much better than my first time. I think the food choice that I made this visit was much better as well. I had the Lafayette which was had fried catfish, fried shrimp and chicken jambalaya which was awesome.

“Hadn't been to Chili's in a while. Thought we give it a try. Service was very good and quick. Waiter constantly checking if we needed anything and refilling our glasses. Had the baked potato soup and salad. The soup was really good. The salad with homemade ranch dressing was good too. Unfortunately, they took the bowl of chili off the menu. Wife had the burger and said it was really good too. Daughter had the Cajun shrimp pasta and said that was a good choice too. Will have to go back again soon to try some other food choices“
