Baskin-Robbins offers a delightful ice cream experience with a variety of flavors. The customer service is highly praised, with friendly staff who often provide samples and make the visit enjoyable. Customers appreciate that staff are willing to change flavors if they run out, and many mention that their overall experience is positive despite some past reviews. The ice cream, particularly the Golden medal ribbon flavor, is described as tasty and enjoyable. While the waffle cone may not have met expectations for everyone, the overall dining experience is mostly satisfactory.
