“I had a horrible experience with DoorDash, but it turned into something great because I ended up going into Crumbl Cookies myself. The team there was so sweet, the customer service was amazing, and honestly it felt refreshing to interact with real people instead of dealing with DoorDash’s high prices, theft issues, and lack of refunds.
Inside the store was super cute, and it made me realize how much we’ve all gotten used to the “lazy” way of ordering online. Picking up in person not only feels safer, but it’s actually enjoyable. “love love LOVE this place!! discovered it fairly recently, and it has been my go-to stop for a refreshing summer snack. the customer service here is great and the workers are always eager to make fruit cups to order! they have a HUGE variety of authentic desserts and refreshments. every time i come, i seem to be the only customer which i HATE there needs to be a line out the door! everything is made FRESH daily and as you order!! please support this lovely small business, they’ve been her almost a year and SHOULD be booming with business!“

“I had their Boo cake ice cream. It’s just their cake batter ice cream dyed black, because you know…. Seasonal! Service at these places is always slow, I guess because of personalization? I’d eaten half my ice cream before I actually paid for it- but at least they didn’t make me wait. Prices here like everywhere have gone up, so the ice cream tastes extra salty through the tears. Still who am I to complain, it’s good ice cream with good mix ins, and sugar. Just the dopamine hit I was looking for in these trying and anxious times.“

“This is some of the best ice cream I have ever had. I originally was looking for a Baskin Robbin’s, but found this place to go to instead. I got the New York cheesecake ice cream, and I have never had an ice cream that tasted so much like the original flavor it’s based on. The New York cheesecake ice cream had pieces of graham crackers and had the taste of cheesecake. Furthermore, the ice cream was creamy and smooth, and it was clear that it was made fresh. I will definitely be back“
