“I had a horrible experience with DoorDash, but it turned into something great because I ended up going into Crumbl Cookies myself. The team there was so sweet, the customer service was amazing, and honestly it felt refreshing to interact with real people instead of dealing with DoorDash’s high prices, theft issues, and lack of refunds.
Inside the store was super cute, and it made me realize how much we’ve all gotten used to the “lazy” way of ordering online. Picking up in person not only feels safer, but it’s actually enjoyable. “I had their Boo cake ice cream. It’s just their cake batter ice cream dyed black, because you know…. Seasonal! Service at these places is always slow, I guess because of personalization? I’d eaten half my ice cream before I actually paid for it- but at least they didn’t make me wait. Prices here like everywhere have gone up, so the ice cream tastes extra salty through the tears. Still who am I to complain, it’s good ice cream with good mix ins, and sugar. Just the dopamine hit I was looking for in these trying and anxious times.“

“If I could give them 100 stars I would! Customer service exceeded our expectations! I sent my mom to pick up the cookies for me because I was having surgery in an hour and wanted to give the staff cookies (it was my favorite thing to get when I worked at the hospital). When my mom told them the situation they were so kind and told her all kinds of info that I had no clue Tiff Treats does for hospital delivery. Since I had bought a couple of boxes in the morning and ordered more a few hours later for the PACU unit they gifted me some cookies! My mom is now a huge fan (she didn't know about Tiffs Treats) and she said she's going to start ordering from there! Just the generosity and care they give to their customers makes me keep coming back! “This is some of the best ice cream I have ever had. I originally was looking for a Baskin Robbin’s, but found this place to go to instead. I got the New York cheesecake ice cream, and I have never had an ice cream that tasted so much like the original flavor it’s based on. The New York cheesecake ice cream had pieces of graham crackers and had the taste of cheesecake. Furthermore, the ice cream was creamy and smooth, and it was clear that it was made fresh. I will definitely be back“
